Big Als Baking Co.

Big Als Baking Co was born out of a desire to explore new opportunities during the pandemic. Prior to COVID-19, Albert had a thriving career in the hospitality industry in NYC, having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in culinary management. 

With years of experience working for renowned hospitality groups like Union Square and the Charlie Palmer group, the pandemic prompted him to return to his family home in Chula Vista. 

Missing the comfort food of NYC, he decided to bring a taste of home to San Diego by introducing New York-style cookies to the community. Hope you enjoy them!
